These terms cover your use of antioch.hvacrepairpro.us and your relationship with Antioch HVAC Repair Pro when you request heating or cooling service. By calling us or scheduling work, you agree to the basics below. If anything is unclear, call (615) 637-1254 and we'll talk it through.
Using this website
You're welcome to read and share our pages. Don't copy our content onto other sites, and don't attempt to disrupt the site. The guides and articles here are general information for homeowners, not a substitute for a technician looking at your actual system.
Estimates and quotes
Prices mentioned anywhere on this site are typical ranges for Antioch, TN, not binding quotes. Your exact price is always given in person, after diagnosis, before any work begins. If conditions on site differ from what we discussed by phone, we'll flag that and re-quote before proceeding. Nothing starts without your approval.
Scheduling and arrival windows
When you schedule, we give you an arrival window, not a minute-by-minute promise. If we're running late, we'll call or text you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a quick call as early as you can manage is all we ask.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete and you've had a chance to review it. We accept common payment methods, which your technician will confirm on arrival. For larger installation projects, we'll agree on a payment schedule in writing before the job starts.
Warranties on our work
We stand behind our labor. If something we installed or repaired fails due to our workmanship within a reasonable period, call us and we'll make it right. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are set by the manufacturer; we'll register your equipment where possible and explain what's covered.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care on every job, but we can't be liable for issues outside our work, pre-existing conditions we documented, or equipment failure unrelated to our repairs. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance.
